Интересные вещи выясняются.
You will need double-precision and double-complex versions of the BLAS,
but not single-precision nor complex routines. This is checked by
configure, as some incomplete BLAS libraries have been found (e.g., the
generic BLAS supplied with Fedora Core 3 and 4 Extras is missing drotm,
drotmg and zdrot).

Пока думаю собрать "стандартный" BLAS отдельным пакетом (сейчас
"урезанный" libblas.a есть в пакете lapack).
