В Daedalus выложены обновлённые пакеты:

Description :
Apache - мощный, функциональный, высокопроизводительный и
свободно распространяемый веб-сервер.
Этот пакет сожержит новую и по-этому не очень хорошо оттестированную версию
веб-сервера Apache.

+ check for libapr >= 0.9.7

+ change service to reload to httpd2 in logrotate config
+ log dir owned by apache2 group
+ htdocs dir owned by webmaster group
- update conditional static build
- turn back conditional libdb4.3-devel or libdb4.2-devel
(for Master 2.4) build
