Возьмите почти любой мой пакет, слинкованный с -ltinfo, и посмотрите.
Обычно надо добавить tinfo в список библиотек.

Разумно, поскольку tinfo upstream придумал.
P.S. А может проще ссылку libtermcap.so -> libtinfo.so сделать?
