Какое сейчас "отношение" к
%set_verify_elf_method textrel=relaxed
?
Есть попытка сделать shared libx264.so, но соответствующую проверку
libx264.so не проходит. Код - частично на ассемблере.

Какое может быть отношение?
Избегайте такого кода всеми возможными разумными способами.
На x86_64 это вообще не слинкуется.

там разные варианты ассемблерного кода: для i386 и для x86_64, так что вроде
должно...
