Мантейнеры они люди, а не пакеты сизифа :) На f.i/w. Либо sisyphus.ru,
если там это уже возможно.

По моему мнению -- в f.i/w.
За исключением того, что может быть столь сильно переделано до выхода
релиза, что будет просто неадекватным. Например alterator правильно что на
w.s.r - эту документацию никому, кроме разработчиков/пользователей сизифа
читать смысла просто нет. Завтра она может оказаться устаревшей полностью.
