В моём случае пакет отказался собираться в hasher,
после того как я натравил на него buildreq, из-за
того что в сборочной среде не оказалось пакета
libstdc++-devel-precompiled.
Насколько я понимаю, buildreq должен стараться
определить все используемые при компиляции пакеты,
чтобы на основе этого списка hasher устанавливал
все пакеты, необходимые для сборки.
