Сабж иногда работает как-то странно.

$ rpm -q --lastchange --specfile perl58.spec

Похоже, что всегда в тех случаях, когда в spec-файле 
описано несколько бинарных пакетов.

И количество строк вида:
> * (not a number) (none)
> 
> (none)
совпадает с количеством директив %package .
