Вероятно, работа с BDB идёт через libaprutil.

Проблема множественности BDB неискоренима и будет всплывать с каждой новой
версией. Конечно, она не так опасна как раньше, но всё же есть шанс, что
одно приложение загрузит две разные версии db4.
