Помнится, туда была ссылка откуда-то из /usr/include.
Насчет пути поиска для *.ph уже не помню.
Действительно, у меня /usr/sbin/adjust_kernel_headers по какой-то
причине больше не создает файлов в /var/run/kernel. Если это
нормально, практику генерации *.ph можно прекратить.
