Сегодня ночью в сизиф уедет новая сбока mingw'шного stuff'а.
Появился пакет i386-mingw32msvc-devel, в котором лежат макросы
для rpm. Все пакеты i386-mingw32msvc-* должны иметь сборочную
зависимость на него. Также все пакеты должны PreReq
i386-mingw32msvc-base - там теперь лежат каталоги
/usr/i386-mingw32msvc/* (выставляется автоматически).
