Таких пакетов (в которых imake перестал работать) в Сизифе ровно два:
awemidi-0.4.3c-alt4 и libxview-3.2p1.4-alt1; скорее всего дело в их
собственных imakefile'ах - если исправление не очевидно, то стоит
посмотреть патч в других дистрибутивах и/или спросить upstream.

Да. Собиралось для кого-то с legacy apps, собранными под линукс;
мне неактуально; разбираться с imake ни желания, ни возможности.
Кому надо -- достанут или возьмут более старую сборку из ALM2.2.
