Похоже, это действительно проблема. В hsflinmodem и hcfpcimodem есть
нехороший пункт в лицензии (последний), запрещающий распространение
бета-версий без письменного разрешения Linuxant. В старых версиях
(mbsibeta) этого пункта не было.
