Еще раз: есть вещи _зависимые_ (например, адекватная поддержка
шейпинга из коробки etc) от ядра, но это явно потом.
На сейчас речь о том, что и из текущего-то ядра (даже kernel22)
ifconfig & route вытягивают, как бы помягче выразиться, не все.
