У меня тоже воспроизводится segfault при сборке
gpl-appendix.sgml из solfege, о котором писал в sisyphu@ Михаил

gpl-appendix.sgml использует DTD DocBook XML 4.1.2 и проходит
xmllint --valid --noout
без ошибок.
После небольших поисков по архивам libxslt нашёл

Однако пересборка libxslt с упомянутыми патчами не помогла. При
сборке libxslt из cvs segfault также остался.
$ xmllint --version

$ xsltproc --version

Если кто-нибудь попробует

со сборкой libxml2 из cvs, будет здорово. Можно ещё попробовать
собрать libxml2 без поддержки threads.
