Господа, OpenLDAP сменил лицензию.

Если я правильно понял абзац о распространении, то нам надо писать и 
справшивать у них разрешение:

The names of the authors and copyright holders must not be used in
advertising or otherwise to promote the sale, use or other dealing
in this Software without specific, written prior permission.  Title
to copyright in this Software shall at all times remain with
copyright holders.

В этом абзаце говорится, что нельзя без разрешения использовать имена авторов в рекламных целях..

Нет. Это довольно обычный пункт в BSD-style лицензиях
