Рад услышать Ваше мнение по этому поводу, пожелания по содержанию,
возможно, какие-то темы стоит развить или, наоборот, сократить.

Это вообще больная тема, ибо msec никуда не годится, а переписать его
лучше сразу с новым инсталлятором. Посоветуйте, как быть с документацией
по msec.
