Это вообще глюк, ибо
$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/libbz2.so
bzip2-devel-1.0.1-ipl3mdk
Ссылки из -devel обычно в Provides не добавляют, очевидно, это нужно было
раньше для совместимости с чем-то древним, и, думаю, пора уже выкидывать.
Впрочем, пока команда
$ rpm -q --whatrequires libbz2.so
дает непустой список, я буду сохранять эту идиотскую запись (но делать
новый релиз только из-за перемещения этого Provides в -devel я не буду).
В Sisyphus'е этот список уже пустой, а вот на photo - еще нет. Возможно, у
