Вот именно. Кое-где работает (меню), а кое-где нет. Зависит от
программы. В качестве яркого примера - gtkam 2.1.10.
(Я его собрал, но надо ещё полировать libgphoto2 и libexif в плане
нормальной работы с gettext. Там есть известная ошибка с неправильными
кодировками в не-utf локалях.).
