Здравствуйте!
При установке на RPi400 образа Альт для RPi4 наблюдается проблема:
не работает WiFi и bluetooth.
Причина проблемы - отсутствие в образе нужных для RPi400 файлов firmware.
Для обхода проблемы с WiFi нужно скачать файлы по ссылкам:

https://github.com/RPi-Distro/firmware-nonfree/blob/master/brcm/brcmfmac43456-sdio.txt
https://github.com/RPi-Distro/firmware-nonfree/blob/master/brcm/brcmfmac43456-sdio.clm_blob
Для обхода проблемы с bluetooth нужно скачать файл по ссылке:
https://github.com/RPi-Distro/bluez-firmware/blob/master/broadcom/BCM4345C5.hcd
Затем от root записать скачанные файлы в каталог /lib/firmware/brcm/
и перезагрузить систему.
Данный обход был протестирован с ядрами 5.10.50-rpi-def-alt1 и 5.12.17-rpi-un-alt1
в образе alt-workstation-9.1.990_rc1 для RPi4.
