Нельзя. Epoch - это приставка к версии, а не ещё один суффикс, как Release.
Для лучшего понимания, полная версия пакета выглядит так: Epoch:Version:Release
Epoch применяют для того, чтобы понизить версию пакета. Например, апстрим перешёл на новую нумерацию,
из-за которой версия пакета стала меньше. Было 21.04, а стало 6.0
