ethtool -S ether0 что показывает? Если растет rx_crc_errors, то проблема
однозначно в физике. И лучше, все-таки, перейти на оптику. Лично мой опыт
с медными DAC весьма грустный по-итогу. На скоростях гиг-полтора еще как-то
работает, на более высоких нагрузках натуральная лотерея - повезло с DAC
или он фуфельный.
