Видимо, они хотели при пропихивании в upstream обеспечить
неотваливание поддержки квот после обновления и тупого make oldconfig.
Придётся патчить - хотя бы для уменьшения различий с 2.6 (где quota_v1
модулем). И всегда носить этот патч с собой :-/
