Нет, но похоже что по своему они правы. Так что мы решили патчить
отдельно.

Я в том плане, что они работают условно (kernel module), а
сломанность -- условная, но с другим "ареалом".

IMCO стоит запостить патч -- пусть обсуждают, как быть.
