Это звучит как "не надо использовать mkimage-profiles...".

А вам точно кажется, что вторые не являются первыми? ;-)
Я к тому, что если надо швейцарский нож, сделайте отдельную нашлёпку
сверху -- rescue-swiss. Туда и LibreOffice можно будет положить до кучи.
P.S.
Я себе такую сделал отдельно(live на установочном диске в K), но не
хочу, чтоб ко мне чужая лезла.
