Ну то есть у нас используются только canonical имена таймзон, ссылки не
показываются (например, Europe/Amsterdam это алиас для Europe/Brussels).
В принципе можно брать имена не из файла zone1970.tab, а смотреть
содержимое /usr/share/zoneinfo/, отгрепав оттуда все лишнее. Тогда будут
показываться и ссылки на таймзоны. Но список станет длиннее.
