bootchain -- набор скриптов и фич make-initrd, нет никаких бинарных
зависимостей. В p10 он должен попасть уже внутри пакета самого
make-initrd, когда (и если!) примет апстрим. Нет проблем собрать всю
пачку модулей для p10 заданием, а с ним, наверное, можно собрать и
образ, вот только как переключить m-p может подсказать только Антон
Мидюков -- сейчас по дефолту образы на Сизифе собираются с bootchain, а
на бранчах -- с propagator.
Старый черновик документации вышлю отдельно, она в переводе на
английский тоже будет апстримиться.
В продакшен должна пойти версия 0.1.7, текущая стадия такова, что диски
хоть и грузятся, но есть желание переделать bootchain-interactive на
работу с tmux/screen вместо tty'ов. Основной затык -- выделить на это
время. Но проект открыт для доработок и обсуждается в make-initrd@... :-)
