А зачем -c ?
Не уверен, что стоит использовать -z. Содержимое файлов rpm уже сжато,
выигрыш будет только на contents_index (мизерная часть общего объёма),
а нагрузка на rsync.altlinux.org может возрасти (зависит от настройки).
Ну и -v = --verbose, а ключи -l -p -t входят в -a.
Есть ещё такой пакет sisyphus-mirror, может, будет удобен?

arm не нужны, x86_32 тоже.
Для обычной x86 32-бит нужны только i586 и noarch.
