Нет, сертификат выдан куда надо, firefox не может проверить issuer'а.
В общем, пока я понял, что это всегда воспроизводится на свежей установке
ALT Linux School Master 5.0.1 (в virtualbox).
И продолжает воспроизводиться после обновления до p5 (со сносом мешающих
firefox-settings-kdesktop и ещё пары пакетов).
Причём от любого пользователя.
И не зависит от последующей установки firefox-settings-desktop.
А вот дальше у меня пошла какая-то фантастика:
на 5.1 у меня всё вылечилось само, судя по всему, в ночь с субботы на
воскресенье.
На p5 (в виртуалках) тоже лечится само, причём излечение происходит
примерно во время запуска cron.daily, rotate'ящего недельные логи.
Короче, ещё посмотрю, если смогу.
