Ну да, его отпустило, работает опять. Обидно, что в "самом российском"
дистрибутиве погодные сервисы от черт знает кого.
На всякий случай: есть
https://github.com/kotelnik/plasma-applet-weather-widget который умеет в
обход КДЕшных провайдеров качать погоду напрямую с каких-то сайтов,
например с https://openweathermap.org и показывать прогноз. Не так
удобно и красиво, как дефолтный апплет, но работает.
