Я бы не сказал... AverTV Studio 305 или 307 с LCD-монитором 15-17" ничуть
не уступает..
Цена тюнера в районе 60-85 уе.. А монитор - он нужен не только для ТВ,
поэтому его цену не рассматриваю..
