терминал
1. su + pswd
2. rpm -i op...rpm

не прикрепляются файлы с рускими символами в названии и(или) в имени
директории,
в последнем случае файлы поименованные на латинице прикрепляются и
сушествуют, какое-то время, а потом исчезают из писма (прямо на глазах :))
