Здравствуйте
Не удержался и написал свои впечатления от использования Netscape 7.2..
Поставил его вчера после безуспешных попыток найти новейший Netscape 8 для
Windows..
Потому как никогда не использовал его под линукс..
На сайте скачал инсталлятор, запустил его под рутом и поставил в
/usr/local - впечатления самые хорошие... Стартует гораздо быстрее Мозиллы
1.7, и даже чуть быстрее Огнелиса... Шрифты интерфейса и для отображения
страниц схватились именно те, что нужно (см. тред "Снова шрифты...),
работает изумительно и очень быстро, почти как Опера... Присутствует весь
набор - браузер, почта, irc и т.д. - качать 16 метров
Я даже снес Мозиллу - и как ни странно - не жалею...
Кто обладает такой возможностью - поставьте ради интереса и убедитесь
сами...
