Доброго времени суток сообщество!
Возможно кому-то будет интересен следующий прием
"решения проблемы с установкой времени в Master2.2/Junior2.2"
1. Взять из пакета glibc-core-2.2.6-alt0.6.rpm (disk1) файлик
/etc/localtime
(или с помощью mc) или
# rpm -Uvh glibc-core-2.2.6-alt0.6.rpm
(на последнюю команду у меня ругался rpm - что пакет уже установлен :-(
2. Имунизировать /etc/localtime
# chattr +i /etc/localtime
Теперь часы должны работать Ok!
Конечно, не претендую на оригинальность.
Может кто знает более совершенные "асаны".

Коротко о проблеме:
при установке (правки) времени из KDE, каким-то образом
меняется временная зона и при последющей перезагрузке
часы уходят на 4 часа вперед или назад.
