Я бы посоветовал следующую (стабильно работающие):
рабочая станция Win4Lin-5.5.16c-d.i386.rpm

Для Compact 2.3 вообще проще простого. Просто нужно скачать с
ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/i586/RPMS.kernel/
ядро с суфиксом *wks* в названии, а также модули (все пакеты) с темже
суфиксом.
Можешь попробовать и с моего адреса (сегодня - завтра)
