Доброго времени суток сообщество!
Просветите если заблуждаюсь.
Ядро с cуфиксом в названии
...-smp
означает возможность применение на системах с ОЗУ до 1Gb
а с суфиксом
...-up
возможностью использования, еслм памяти более 1Gb.
А чем может грозить (в чем проигрыш) если в компе установлено,
например, 256Mb или 512Mb а будешь использовать up-ядро?
Это к тому, для чего использовать smp-ядро, если и на up вроде все
работает.
