Ох уж эти updates... и почему они не архивируются?
Да тут- шаг вправо, шаг влево - уже разные результаты по быстродействию..
вот с ядром - умолчательное 2.6.12-std26-up-alt10 хороший результат, alt6
- тоже. А вот alt11 - уже заметно подтормаживает дисковая подсистема...
Откуда знать, что с иксами не будет то же самое, если обновлю..?
