Добрый день, community!
Гуглом обнаружил, что я не первый, кто имеет проблему с nVidia GF 7300 GS.
В моём случае удаётся запустить X только с драйвером Generic VESA, при
частоте 60 Гц. Драйверы nv и nvidia не работают. ACC опознаёт карточку как
nvidia (1b) undefined.
Mike Shigorin предлагал на киевском форуме ядро 2.6.12-up с поддержкой, но
мне надо завести ядро smp (процессор AMD X2). Скачал драйверы с
nvidia.com. Инсталлер прекомпилированной версии для alt не находит и
пытается компилировать модуль сам. Однако ему это не удаётся. В логе
ошибка:
Can not determine PATCHLEVEL!
Установлены пакеты kernel-headers, kernel-module-headers, kernel-source.
Инсталлеру передаю опцию -kernel-source-path=/usr/linux/kernel... (точно
не помню, но правильный путь к исходникам ядра, проверял. На той машине
нет интернета.)
Дистрибутив ALC 3.0.
Куда смотреть? Есть ли какой FAQ по установке драйверов nVidia на ALT?
Гугл не находит.
