Ну, например, скачать образ дискетки
(http://oldfiles.org.uk/powerload/bootdisk.htm)и записать с помощью dd?
Или же взглянуть в сторону FreeDos (например, тут
http://www.userlocal.com/dosslack/ , тут же и команды для dd)
