Нет, если сделать как
http://www.nixp.ru/articles/win_printing_in_linux
то расшаренный в винде не отвалится.
Просто будет печать не напрямую идти к нему а через виртуальный принтер.
Другое дело, что придётся где-то машину поиметь в винде.
