Для нетерпеливых можете попробовать первый вариант (в атаче).
В командной строке необходимо задавать АБСОЛЮТНЫЙ путь к каталогу
(это для перестраховки).
От root пользоваться осторожно (на тот случай если у вас есть ссылки
внутри каталога
уходящие за пределы него)
Пожалания к улучшению принимаются.
