Здравствуйте!
Собственно суть вопроса в заголовке.. Меня смутило то, что на странице
Compact-rc последний считается rc1, но на одной личной странице я видел
rc2. Так что качать, чтобы получить наипоследнейший вариант..Трафик
пропадает, доадминился..из 15 гб осталось 8 неизрасходованных..:)

Можно ещё качать через rsync, чтобы поверх предыдущего iso. Или
xdelta брать:
$ rsync rsync.altlinux.ru::people/rider/3.0-compact-rc
