Здравствуйте!
В мае я посылал скриншот визуального дефекта mc в xterm (тред "xterm,mc -
визуальные искажения). Тогда высказывались предположения, что виной тому
видеокарта Nvidia.. Однако, такое же "безобразие" возникает и при других
адаптерах, в т.ч. i810, встроенного в материнку ASUS P4BGL. Дистрибутив -
Мастер 2.4 пока что абсолютно девственный...
P.S. В связи с этой и еще несколькими мелкими и не очень досадными
мелочами склоняюсь к dist-upgrade из Сизифа.. Правда лишусь части
возможных ответов на вопросы + перенаправления "по адресу" участятся..
Хотел вернуться на Compact 2.3 (ну очень удачный он был), но там версия
glibc старовата - новые версии программ (в частности, OpenOffice 1.1.4)
требуют glibc посвежее.. Да и обновить Compact 2.3 напрямую из нынешнего
Сизифа уже проблематично (об этом я тоже уже тут писал)..
