Если честно, то я исхожу из того, что IDSN и ADSL-модемы работают по схожим принципам, поэтому могу сильно ошибаться.. особо не вникал - настроил у себя ADSL-ethernet модем роутером и гора с плеч. Но вначале пробовал специальное приложение rp-pppoe-client и сопутствующие (gui и т.д.) - но уже устал от всяких звонилок, поэтому решил во что бы то ни стало настроить сам модем, что мне удалось...
P.S. в Сизифе есть isdn4k-utils, может поможет?
