Это смотря с чем сравнивать.. И смотря какой КДЕ..

Короче не будем спорить.. на 128 метрах все будет достаточно напряжно с
KDE из ALC 3.0, даже при отключений множества рюшечек, про которые я,
конечно же, знаю не понаслышке, поэтому и перешел давным-давно на Icewm..
