Но это глобально, не только в Мозилле..
Если речь шла о размере шрифтов интерфейса, то дело в другом..
Размер шрифта в Мозилла (интерфейс) очень часто отличается от того, что
прописан в .gtkrc-2.0
Поэтому нужно как минимум (для 1024х768) зайти в настройки Мозиллы и
выставить разрешение экрана немного другое, чем там (обычно выбрано
"системное").. при этом выбирается по дефолту 72 dpi, приходится выбирать
"другое" и задавать длину отрезка не 9 см, как на самом деле, а 10, при
разрешении 76 dpi размер шрифта в интерфейсе Мозиллы и во всех остальных
приложениях gtk2 одинаковы...
Редко, когда размеры шрифтов Мозиллы и остальных совпадают.. Либо мелкий,
либо крупный.. иногда помогает Display Size (кажется так) в конфиге X
