Еще изменил группу меню, куда должен по идее попасть skippy - сделал
Applications/Accessibility, хотя проверить это не удалось, к сожалению
icewm не полностью дублирует ВСЕ пункты меню КДЕ, скажем.. Даже по
умолчанию в ALT...

А по поводу этого - никто не знает методов/средств достижения такого
эффекта, кроме как скрипты и ImageMagick?
