apt-get - у нужно сначала apt-get update сделать, что бы базы обновить,
а я руками качал с фтипишника.
А по поводу ключа -U насколько я помню rpm обновляет если пакет установлен,
а если нет то просто ставит.
У меня вопрос бал, где модули взять?
