Здравствуйте!
Решил попробовать шрифты Bitstream Vera и установил их (Мастер 2.4)..
Однако при их использовании обнаружилось, что кодировки koi8-r и
windows-1251 отсутствуют, и, в частности, при использовании через
fontconfig (xft) интерфейс Icewm (меню и прочее) выглядит как смесь пустых
мест и латиницы.. В КДЕ, в случае прямого указания Bitstream Vera Sans,
вместо него применяется алиас, прописанный мной в fonts.conf.. Видимо, не
найдя кириллицу, КДЕ применяет альтернативу..
Как быть? Для чего тогда в дистрибутиве эти шрифты, если кириллицы в них
нет? И не только ее..
