Точно идентичен? Просто часто делают что в cue указан файл wav, а в
ape.cue файл ape

Слушать audacious. Он умеет cue.
Открывать именно cue файл.
Про конвертацию уже сказали. Но конвертировать lossless в lossy это
извращение достойное всяческого порицания ИМХО.
Можно и во flac потреково порезать.
