badblocks -n /dev/hda3
еще лучше вывод badblocks перенаправить в файл, а потом этот файл
скормить fsck

Еще нужно посмотреть S.M.A.R.T. винта.
Помогает понять сколько винту жить осталось (примерно).
Посмотреть с пом-ю smartctl

И винт наверняка Fujitsu
А жизнь винтов Fujitsu недолгая
